KCOUNT

Overall structure

KCOUNTs uses AADT from PECOUNTS-I, PECOUNTS-II, and PRTCS as well as observed values to estimate Annual Average Daily Traffic for roads  that do not have any traffic data. 


KCOUNT works based on a Regression Kriging (RK) method to interpolate Annual Average daily Traffic for all nearby roads .
